CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation up to 07 days prior to the check in Date – No Charge
  • Cancellation between 07 Days to 05 days prior to the check in date – 25% of room rate
  • Cancellation between 05 days to 48 hrs prior to the check in date – 50 % of total billing for booking period.
  • Cancellation less than 48 hrs prior to the check in date        -100% of total billing for booking period.
  • No Shows will not be refunded or adjusted against any booking(s) and hotel reserves the right to bill the same for the total booking period.

OUR RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • As per government rule the guest should carry any photo addressed proof (Adhar Card /Driving License/Voters ID etc.. along with them. If guest is non resident Indian they must have the original passport & Visa and should provide n reception while check in. (Pan Card will not be acceptable).
  • The rates provided are based on the present Gov. Taxes and company is liable to pay if it is changed .The hotel have the full right to charge the same with or without notice if such changes occur.
  • The supplementary charges on special periods Dec 24th & 31st and season hikes are mandatory for all clients who are booking for the period. The client should ensure the rates for the same while booking, further disparities or misleads will not be allowed.
  • The confirmed number of rooms or persons would be charged as per the quoted rates, even if it not occupied.
  • Our Check in/ check out will be 12:00 noon. Extending time on check-in/Check Out will be charged as per hotel policy.
  • Any kind of cultural activities/DJ etc. will be allowed only up to 10.30 PM in our hall, with prior approval from Hotel. The sound should be within the limit ,so as to avoid any inconvenience to other residents
  • Since we don’t have a bar license we will not be able to offer or allow any alcoholic drinks in any of or banquet hall/public areas.
  • This special rate provided to your company(s) is not valid during the peak season and major conference period. Hotel management reserve all rights to change the same.
